Social Skills for Kids & Teenagers
Social skills are the skills we use everyday to interact and communicate with others. They include verbal and non-verbal communication, such as speech, gesture, facial expression and body language.
Social skills is vital in enabling our children to create and maintain positive relationships. They are the key to independence and emotional well-being.

Navigating and learning how act in social situations can be a difficult process. Social skills groups help children and adolescents gain skills in social interaction. They teach social skills that encompass empathy, communication, generosity, participation in group activities, helpfulness, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
